1. Booking Eligibility & Data Accuracy
By booking an appointment, you certify that all information supplied is complete and true. If booking for a minor or a dependent, you warrant that you are their lawful guardian and hold the authority to schedule medical consultations on their behalf.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
We respect our clinical professionals' and patients' schedules. Please note our timeline constraints:
- Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Late cancellations or missed slots (no-shows) are non-refundable and subject to the full consultation fee.
- Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.
3. Online Teleconsultation Rules
For online video appointments, patients must ensure they have a private room, a stable internet connection, and a functional video/audio feed. The clinician reserves the right to cancel or pause the session if these criteria are not met, to guarantee patient safety and privacy.
